For all it’s beauty, generations of entrepreneurial young people naturally left these farmlands for big cities and better prospects far beyond. Louise was drawn from here to follow her passion for the drinks industry—bringing a career that took her to buzzing global cities: New York, London, Paris, Singapore.
Her curiosity and her instinct for people led her to seek out interesting traditions and places in every corner of the wine and spirits world. During one of these trips home, Louise found herself rummaging through an old antique shop. In amongst the mahogany clocks, farm jugs and dusty shelves of glassware, Louise found an old label from a whiskey bottle.
